He is a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA), a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and a registered investment advisor. He is also a member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce (EMACC). After earning his bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in New York City, Kevin began his career with New York Life.
Pauline Dana-Bashian, Attorney-at-Law Chief Compliance Officer Pauline has specialized in retirement plans for more than 30 years and has significant experience with SEC requirements. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School, Pauline is a member of the NY State Bar Association.
Marjorie T. Mantas, CFP® Chief Investment Officer Marjorie specializes in providing retirement and investment counsel to individuals and owners of closely held businesses. Prior to joining Pension Parameters, Marjorie was a banker specializing in commercial loans. She has a bachelor’s degree from Marymount College and an MBA from LaSalle University. She received her Certified Financial Planner™ designation from the College of Financial Planning and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association.
E. Chadwick Ross, FSA, MAAA, MSPA Chief Actuary Chad provides actuarial design and consulting services to help our clients define their retirement goals. He has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefit industry, including service with Buck Consultants, Mercer, and Grumman Corporation. Chad earned his bachelor’s degree in business statistics from the University of North Carolina. He is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Amelia Soto Vice President Amelia has specialized in selecting, implementing, and managing quality benefit programs for a diverse client base. For more than two decades, she has designed and conducted retirement counseling programs for company employee populations. Amelia has also managed third-party administrative and trustee services for Fortune 100 companies, overseeing more than $4 billion in retirement assets. She received her bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Marymount College.
